Richland Recharge

In January 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was hired for a temporary internship at Richland Public Health, my local health department. I worked on promotional materials for an upcoming health program centered around the use of Fitbits to encourage healthier lifestyles and physical activity.

My role involved preparing visual content for the program’s launch, including designing the official logo, creating promotional posters, producing vector illustrations, taking high-resolution photos, and developing social media graphics.

Working during the early stages of the pandemic was challenging, as much of the work was done in isolation and it was my first professional graphic design position. Despite the pressure, I successfully delivered the required materials and received positive feedback from my supervisors.
